Mediation Fee

Free initial consultation

* No fee for a brief review of the case prior to mediation
* No fee for travel expenses
* No administrative costs
* No fee to postpone or cancel if 48 hour notice is provided

* Unless Court–ordered or otherwise agreed by the parties, the total
   cost of mediation will be equally divided between the parties.

* Circuit Civil:                                                  $250/hour ($125/hour per party)

* 2 hour minimum Family:                               $250/hour ($125/hour per party) 4 hour
                                                                       minimum Document preparation available
                                                                       upon request at an additional charge
                                                                       (Please contact the office for an exact total
                                                                       of these costs, as the types of documents
                                                                       required vary from case to case.)

* County:                                                        $150/hour ($75/hour per party)       
                                                                        No minimum

Arbitration Fee

* No travel expenses
* No administrative costs
* No fee to postpone or cancel if 48 hour notice is provided

                                                                      $350/hour />
                                                                      4 hour minimum for Arbitration Conference or
                                                                      $1500 maximum daily rate, AND 3 hour minimum
                                                                      for Written Award

* Unless Court-ordered or otherwise agreed to the contrary, fees are to be divided equally
   amongst the parties.
